Julie Foltz

Director, Infectious Disease Services at Aspire Indiana Health

Julie Foltz has extensive experience in the healthcare industry. Julie started their career in 1998 at LifeStream Services, Inc. as a Care Manager, where they worked until 2000. In the same year, they joined Aspire Indiana, Inc. as an HIV Program Manager. Julie then moved on to Aspire Indiana Health, where they have held various roles. Since January 2019, they have been working as the Director of Infectious Disease Services. Prior to this, they served as an HIV Program Manager, overseeing a team of 15 case managers and handling program budget development, grant writing, state reporting, and program marketing/outreach.

Julie Foltz obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Anderson University from 1992 to 1996. Julie later pursued a Master's degree in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University, which they completed from 2005 to 2007. Additionally, they also received a second Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Anderson University and a second Master's degree in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University, although the specific years of completion for these degrees are not provided.
