Lenice Bailey

Lenice Bailey has over 20 years of experience in the field of social services. Lenice started their career in 1992 as a Case Manager at Salvation Army Social Services. Lenice then worked at Midtown Mental Health as a Life Coach/Casemanager from 1993 to 1998. Lenice then joined Hamilton Center, Inc. as a Casemanager for Plesant Run Treatment Center from 1998 to 1999. Lenice worked at Salvation Army Harbor Light as an Assessment Counselor from 2001 to 2002. Lenice then joined Midtown CMHC as a Facility Supervisor from 2002 to 2006. From 2006 to 2010, they worked at Behavioral Health Services Organization as a Care Coordinator. Lenice's most recent position is at Aspire Indiana, Inc. (previously known as BehaviorCorp, Inc.) where they have been working as a Life Skill Instructor and Care Coordinator since 2010.

Lenice Bailey attended Concordia University Chicago from 1988 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology and Socialwork.
