Rachael Derrick

Rachael Derrick, MS, LMHC, is the Manager of Residential Addictions Services at Aspire Indiana Health, overseeing the Progress House recovery residence since September 2019. Previously, Rachael served as a Residential Addictions Therapist and Assessment Clinician. Rachael’s experience includes roles as Clinical Director at Aspire Indiana, Assessment Clinician, and School-based Therapist at Adult and Child Mental Health Center. Additional positions include Staff Therapist at Connect2Help 2-1-1, Barista at Books A Million, Program Advisor at The Institute for Study Abroad, Staff Writer at Sun Newspapers, Transitional Living Program Staff at Bellefaire JCB, and Girls' Group Home Staff at Cunningham Children's Home. Rachael holds a Master of Science in School Counseling from Butler University and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Evansville, alongside study abroad experiences in New Zealand and the United Kingdom.
