Shybrinn W. has diverse work experience starting in 2010 with Amazon Logistics, where they worked as a Process Assistant until April 2013. Shybrinn then joined Pantheon Student Solutions as a Student Loan Analyst from August 2016 to August 2018. In 2019, they moved to Tangram, Inc. and held the positions of Manager of Compliance and Quality Assurance from January 2019 to November 2020, and Assistant Director of Quality and Compliance from November 2020 to October 2021. Currently, Shybrinn W. is working at Aspire Indiana Health as the Manager of Social Determinants of Health starting from October 2021.

Shybrinn W. obtained their Associate of Science degree from Indiana Wesleyan University between 2016 and 2018. Shybrinn then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Information Systems at the same institution from 2018 to 2020. Following that, they completed a Master's degree program at Indiana Wesleyan University from 2021 to 2023, focusing on M.B.A. Project Management and M.S. Management - Information Technology.

In addition to their academic achievements, Shybrinn W. has earned several certifications. Shybrinn obtained the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) certification from Purdue Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP) in July 2021. In June 2020, they became a Notary Public through certification from The State of Indiana. Furthermore, they obtained the Problem Solving using PDCA, A3 and Root Cause Analysis certification from Purdue Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP) in March 2020.
