Michelle Fellenz

Michelle Fellenz is an accomplished talent development professional with extensive experience in organizational learning and human resource development. Currently serving as the Owner and Talent Development Partner at Learning by Design, Fellenz also holds positions as a Senior Consultant at Aspire Talent Group and Senior Executive Consultant at J Kelly & Associates. Previously, Fellenz held significant leadership roles, including Chief Talent, Learning & Culture Officer at Inclusa, Inc., and Program Director at UW Health. Fellenz's early career includes leadership positions at the University Wisconsin Medical Foundation and City Brewing Company, among others. Educational qualifications include an EDD (ABD) in Education & Leadership from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Viterbo University.
