Fellenz's early career includes leadership positions at the University Wisconsin Medical Foundation and City Brewing Company, among others. Educational qualifications include an EDD (ABD) in Education & Leadership from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Viterbo University.
