Tom Chapman

Tom Chapman is a seasoned telecommunications professional with extensive experience in network operations and management. Currently serving as Communications Team Leader at Aspire Technology Solutions since November 2023, Tom previously held the position of Network Operations Manager at Virgin Media O2 from April 2022 to September 2023, overseeing operations for Tyneside & Wearside. Prior roles at Virgin Media include Edge Networks Designer, Senior Network Engineer - Technical Site Specialist, Headend Engineer, and Access Field Technician, where Tom contributed to various technical projects, customer service excellence, and network infrastructure upgrades.
