Alagappan Kumarappan is currently an Analyst in Business Analytics at Aspire, where contributions include implementing an automated Monte Carlo simulation solution for optimizing cash flow and leading data quality initiatives that increased reliability in financial reporting. Previous experience as an Analyst in Business Intelligence involved developing dashboards for performance insights, enhancing P&L tracking accuracy, and collaborating with finance teams for reporting. Alagappan also held roles at Alemira as a Global Growth Intern, where automation of sales dashboards improved data-driven strategy, and at Ganit Inc., as a Senior Data Analyst, where a recommendation engine was built for retail optimization. Education includes a Master of Science in Management from Singapore Management University and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Shanmugha Arts, Science, Technology and Research Academy.
