Joanne Teo

Joanne Teo is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in tax compliance and advisory roles. Currently serving as Tax Associate Director at Aspire since March 2024, Joanne oversees the group's tax matters, including compliance, international tax planning, and audits. Previously, Joanne held the position of Global Senior Tax Manager at DT One from September 2019 to February 2024, where responsibilities included managing tax matters across global regions and overseeing significant tax-related initiatives. Joanne also served as Group Tax Advisor for TransferTo during the same period, providing tax advice across its various global businesses. Earlier career roles included Tax Manager at Ernst & Young, Tax Assistant Manager at KPMG, Tax Senior Associate at PwC, and Tax Analyst at Deloitte, with a strong focus on mergers and acquisitions throughout. Joanne holds a double degree in Law and Commerce from the University of Melbourne.
