Thanh Nghiem

Thanh Nghiem is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the APAC Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Aspire since March 2021. Notable achievements include exceeding hiring targets, reaching 128% in Q1 2022 and achieving 100% of the target in Q2, Q3, and Q4 of 2023. Previously, Thanh Nghiem held the position of Technical Recruiter where an outstanding performance led to achieving 180% of the target during the probation period and 130% in Q3 and Q4 of 2021. Prior experience also includes roles as a Recruitment Consultant at PEOPLE PROFILERS and ManpowerGroup. Thanh Nghiem holds a degree from the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City, completed in 2017.
