Don Vandemark

Don VanDemark has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Don started their career as a Call Center Support Manager at Software Support, Inc in 1993. Later, they worked as a Technical Lead at Kirchman Corporation from 1995 to 1997. In 1999, they joined IBM and held various roles, including Project Manager, Delivery Engagement Manager, Business Area Manager, and Delivery Project Executive. At IBM, they managed multiple accounts and teams, implementing code review and testing processes. In 2011, they became a Senior PM at Mediacurrent, a position they held until 2013 when they joined Kony, Inc as a Product Owner. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as an Innovation Development Sr Manager at Blue Shield of California. In 2017, they became the COO at Construction Specialties and Design. In the following years, they co-founded two podcasts: This Old App Podcast and CTO Think Podcast. In 2012, they also co-founded AspirEDU, where they currently serve as the Chief Technology Officer and Co-founder.

Don VanDemark attended the University of Florida from 1987 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Sciences. Don also pursued further education at the same university and earned an MBA. In addition to their academic background, Don VanDemark has completed training in CSM, although specific details regarding the certification institution and the timing of its completion are not provided.
