Tushar Gupta

Tushar Gupta has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Tushar began their career as a Summer Intern at Birla Corporation Ltd. in 2013, where they gained knowledge of the cement manufacturing process and monitored production steps. In 2014, they served as a Teaching Assistant at Georgia Institute of Technology. The following year, Tushar worked as an Engine Integration Project Trainee at Tata Motors. Tushar then interned as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at HOMAG INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED in 2016. During the same year, Tushar also contributed as a Research Assistant at Georgia Institute of Technology. From 2017 onwards, Tushar joined MSI, initially working as a Business Analyst and later transitioning to the role of Project Manager. At MSI, they actively engaged in business process analysis and project management. In 2022, Tushar moved to Aspirent where they hold the position of Project Manager, Senior Consultant. As of April 2023, they were promoted to Manager at Aspirent.

Tushar Gupta completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they attended The Doon School from 2006 to 2012, where they completed their high school education with a focus on Sciences.

In terms of additional certifications, Tushar Gupta obtained the certifications of Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager and Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in August and July 2022, respectively. Additionally, they also obtained a certification in Mechanics of Materials from Georgia Institute of Technology, although the specific month and year of completion are unavailable.
