Dorothy Joseph has extensive work experience in the field of marketing and technical communications. Dorothy began their career in 1991 as a Customer Support Representative at DCM Computer Solutions, where they worked until 1993. Dorothy then joined AIM Computer Solutions, Inc. in 1993, initially as a Customer Support Representative and later as a Technical Communications and Marketing Coordinator. In this role, Dorothy was responsible for writing software documentation, developing software technical bulletins, and performing software quality assurance.
