Laura Carter has over 20 years of work experience, with a focus on software support and implementation. Laura started their career at Unisys as a Support Analyst and Team Lead, providing technical support and guidance to help desk agents. Laura then joined IBM as an IT Analyst and Team Lead, where they managed Lotus Notes applications, created training materials, and implemented training programs. After that, Laura worked at IDI Billing Solutions as a Software Support Specialist, responsible for troubleshooting and configuring their billing software. Laura then moved to S&W Technologies - Safety Software as a Software QA and Documentation/Support Specialist. Currently, Laura is working at Aspire Software as an Application Support Engineer and Implementation Consultant.

Laura Carter completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in History at Canisius College from 1992 to 1996.
