Dixie Dunn

VP, Customer Success at Docker

Dixie Dunn is currently the VP of Customer Success at Docker. Prior to their current role, Dixie served as the VP of Customer Experience for JFrog from February 2021 to June 2022. In this role, Dixie led the digital customer experience design for SMB and Mid-Market businesses. Dixie was also responsible for revamping the customer experience and service processes.

From July 2019 to January 2021, Dixie was the SVP of Customer Advocacy for Moogsoft. In this role, they designed and supported the implementation of a GTM strategy that included customer success, training and education, partner enablement, professional services, customer support, deployment/onboarding, adoption, renewal/upsell, and customer relationship management for SMB and enterprise SaaS/self-managed businesses. Dixie also created and led the hiring process for all new departments across Asia, EMEA, and North America.

Prior to their role at Moogsoft, Dixie served as the VP of Customer Success for OptimalPlus from August 2017 to July 2019. In this role, they developed an onboarding and adoption strategy for customers undergoing digital business transformation in order to optimize value. Additionally, Dixie led the hiring and development of the customer success organization across Asia, EMEA, and North America.

From November 2015 to August 2017, Dixie served as the VP of U.S. Operations for OptimalPlus.

Dixie Dunn has a background in physics, holding a bachelor's degree from the University of Utah. Dixie later pursued an Executive MBA from the same school. Dunn is also a graduate of the General Management Program at The Wharton School. In addition to their formal education, Dunn has also completed several certifications, including ones in business model innovation, strategic marketing, and project management.
