Jamie Ridgely

Jamie Ridgely has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries. Starting in 1998, Jamie worked as a Laboratory Technician at USDA-ARS before joining Agren in 1999 as the Chief Operating Officer & President. At Agren, Jamie oversaw various aspects of the business, including strategic planning, operations, budgeting, and software development. In 2018, Jamie became an IT Consultant at Tavant Technologies, where they worked until 2020. From 2020 to 2022, Jamie served as the Carbon Operations Lead at Land O'Lakes Truterra. Jamie then joined Truterra, LLC in 2022 as the Program Development & Carbon Services Lead, where they led the creation and scale-up of the Truterra carbon program. Currently, Jamie holds the role of VP of Product and Operations at HabiTerre, starting in 2023.

Jamie Ridgely obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science from Colorado State University from 1996 to 1999. Additionally, Jamie has certifications in the Dale Carnegie Course and Leading Virtual Teams from Dale Carnegie Training.
