Dominick Bruno, SHRM-SCP, has a comprehensive work experience in the field of human resources. Starting in 2013, they began their career as an HR Coordinator at SP+ (SP Plus) and steadily progressed within the company, taking on roles such as HR Manager Field and Talent Operations Manager. In 2020, Dominick joined LAZ Parking as a Human Resources Business Partner before moving on to Geminus in 2021, where they served in the same capacity. Later that year, they assumed the position of Human Resources Director at DYER NURSING AND REHABILITATION CENTER. Currently, Dominick holds the position of VP of People & Culture at Aspiritech, a role they began in September 2022.

Dominick Bruno, SHRM-SCP, obtained their Bachelor's Degree in English from Illinois Wesleyan University, where they studied from 2008 to 2013. In July 2022, they obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM.
