Oliver Legg is a seasoned professional in the cybersecurity recruitment industry, currently serving as Co-Founder and Cybersecurity Recruiter at Aspiron Search since June 2021, where the focus is on building high-performing Cybersecurity and Go-to-Market teams for leading enterprises and investors. In April 2023, Oliver founded the FirstStep Cybersecurity Initiative, a non-profit aimed at supporting aspiring cybersecurity professionals through mentorship and certification sponsorships. Previously, Oliver held the position of Sales Director and Team Lead in Cyber Security Recruitment at Iceberg from March 2017 to April 2021, where expertise was applied to build technical teams across various regions. Earlier experience includes a role as Regional Sales Manager at MyHome Installations, ensuring top-tier home security services. Education was completed at Imberhorne Sixth Form College from 2006 to 2012.
