Andrea Allard

Andrea Allard, MBA, has a strong background in healthcare operations and leadership. Andrea currently serves as the Vice President of Operations at Aspirus Health, a position they have held since August 2021. Prior to their current role, Andrea worked at Ascension for ten years, where they held various leadership positions. From 2017 to 2021, they served as the VP of Operations, overseeing the overall operations and financial success of the organization. In 2016, Andrea held the role of Regional Administrator, where they led a large medical group region and ensured excellent clinical outcomes and employee engagement. From 2011 to 2016, they were the Director of Operations, responsible for metric achievement and successful growth strategies across multiple practices. Andrea's extensive experience and expertise in healthcare operations make their a valuable asset in any organization.
