Anne Allen has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Anne started their career as a Nurse Intern at Reedsburg Area Medical Center in 2001 and later became a Staff Registered Nurse, providing direct nursing care in various settings. In 2010, Anne joined the Sauk County Health Department as a Public Health Nurse, where they implemented and managed programs in collaboration with community partners. Anne then went on to work at Divine Savior Healthcare as a Clinical Quality Improvement Coordinator, promoting innovation and improving the quality of clinical care. In 2019, Anne became a Clinical Quality Improvement Advisor at the Wisconsin Hospital Association, where they led and facilitated collaborative activities to enhance hospital quality improvement efforts. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from Viterbo University from 2003 to 2005. In addition to their educational background, Anne also obtained the certification of Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) from the National Association for Healthcare Quality in January 2019.
