Carrie Penovich MBA, FACHE, PHR has extensive work experience in healthcare administration and human resources. Carrie currently holds the position of Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer at Aspirus Health, where they provide strategic direction and oversees various administrative functions. Prior to this, Carrie served as the Chief Operations Officer and Financial Leader at Catalpa Health, a center focused on pediatric mental health services. Carrie has also worked at Advocate Aurora Health as the Chief Clinical Services Officer, directing the overall administration and management of clinical and support services. Earlier in their career, Carrie held human resources management roles at Aurora Health Care and Charter Communications. Overall, they have a diverse background in healthcare administration and has demonstrated expertise in leadership, strategic planning, and financial management.
