Natasha Wetterau

Natasha Wetterau, MBA, SPHR has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Natasha currently holds the position of Director System Talent Management at Aspirus Health, where they are responsible for overseeing talent management strategies and programs. Prior to this, Natasha served as the Vice President of Human Resources at ThedaCare, where they played a vital role in advancing HR talent practices and enhancing workforce development and retention. Over the years, Natasha has held various leadership positions at Ascension, including Director of Organization Learning and Development, Program Manager of Talent Stewardship, and Director of Strategic Talent Management. In these roles, they led initiatives related to talent management, performance management, leadership planning, and succession management. Before joining Ascension, Natasha worked at Ministry Health Care as an HR Talent Manager, Human Resources Business Partner, Regional Staffing/Recruiting Manager, and HR Representative. Their responsibilities included performance management, talent planning, recruitment, and staff orientation. Natasha began their career as a Senior Staffing Specialist at Flex-Staff, where they gained experience in sales, candidate placement, and client engagement.

Natasha Wetterau has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Cardinal Stritch University, which they obtained from 2014 to 2016. Natasha also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Organizational Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, completed from 1996 to 2000. In addition to their educational background, they have obtained various certifications, including the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in June 2020, and the Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRCI in December 2007. Natasha has also obtained certifications in Hogan Advanced Interpretation, Hogan Assessment, MBTI - Certified Practitioner, DDI Success Profiles, and Lean GreenBelt.
