Rebecca Knutson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Rebecca started their career at UW Stout Dining Services as a Student Personnel Trainer/Scheduler, where they excelled and received several awards. Rebecca then moved on to Independence High School as an Assistant Forensics Coach, gaining experience in coaching and speech adjudication.
Knutson then transitioned to Ashley Furniture Industries, where they held various roles in training and development. As the Corporate Training & Development Manager, they led the implementation of hands-on training programs and facilitated leadership training across multiple locations. Rebecca later became the Corporate Director of Training & Development, where they played a key role in implementing behavioral competency definitions and on-line performance review systems.
Currently, Knutson is working at Aspirus Health. Rebecca started as the Director of System Organizational Learning and Development and later moved up to become the Vice President of System Organizational Learning & Development. In these roles, they led initiatives to improve employee well-being, internal hiring, and performance management. Rebecca also played a crucial role in managing change and cultural integration during the organizational acquisition.
Throughout their career, Knutson has demonstrated their expertise in talent management, organizational learning and development, and implementing effective training programs. Rebecca has a proven track record of driving positive results, such as cost savings, increased employee retention, and improved employee satisfaction.
Rebecca Knutson holds a Master's degree in Training & Development from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, which they obtained from 2004 to 2010. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the same university between 1997 and 2001.
