Sigrid Strand-Hanssen

Sigrid Strand-Hanssen has extensive experience in the fields of architecture, energy, and environmental management. Since May 2015, Sigrid has held the positions of Regionleder Arkitektur og Bygg Øst and Department Manager for energy and environment at Asplan Viak AS. Prior to this, Sigrid served as Manager of Energy and Environment at NCC Construction AS from December 2008 to April 2015, where responsibilities included developing the company's environmental profile and providing support for projects. Sigrid also worked as a dr.ing and environmental advisor at Norconsult from October 2006 to November 2008, focusing on environmental oversight in construction projects, and contributed as a researcher at SINTEF Byggforsk AS from September 1997 to September 2006, leading various environmental research initiatives. Sigrid holds a dr.ing degree in Miljø og ressursteknikk and a Siv.ing degree in Miljø og ressursteknikk, both obtained from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
