Erkka Repo

Erkka Repo is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Group CFO at Aspo Plc since February 2024, Erkka also holds a position as a Board Member at Gasum since April 2022. Prior experience includes Group CFO at VR Group from February 2021 to February 2024, and SVP of Finance & Control at UPM from 2012 to 2021, where Erkka led a finance organization of 450 individuals and implemented significant transformations. Prior roles at UPM Raflatac and UPM's Magazine Paper Division involved overseeing business control functions, developing financial processes, and enhancing risk management strategies. Erkka began a finance career at United Paper Mills Ltd and transitioned treasury activities at Finnpap Oy to UPM-Kymmene Corp. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Tampere, earned between 1991 and 1997.
