Gaby O'Meara

Gaby O'Meara is a seasoned expert in strategic leadership and management, primarily focused on enhancing educational experiences for children and young people, especially those with special educational needs and autism. Gaby served as Captain in the British Army from 1991 to 1997 and later held various educational roles, including Lead Teacher at The National Autistic Society and Strategic SEN Manager at Surrey County Council. From 2022 to 2023, Gaby was the Regional Director at Witherslack Group and currently holds the position of Director of Operations at Aspris. Gaby earned an MA in Education (SEN) from Brunel University London and holds a B.Sc (Hons) in Linguistics from the University of Surrey.
