Blythe Arguez

Blythe Arguez, CPA, SPHR, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Senior Manager of HR at Aspyr Media since April 2021. Prior to this, Blythe held various roles in HR, including Human Resources Generalist at InGenesis, Inc., where responsibilities included aligning HR functions with business goals, managing employee relations, and developing training programs. Blythe's career also includes significant experience in talent acquisition at RSM US LLP and Padgett Stratemann & Co., L.L.P., where Blythe managed full-cycle recruiting and established partnerships with universities. Earlier experience includes roles at Axia Resources and Deloitte, focusing on recruitment and tax services. Blythe holds a BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University and a Certificate in Accounting from the University of Houston.
