Jack C. Cassell

Dr. Cassell is the former Chairman, CEO. and sole shareholder of Visual Aids Electronics Corporation (VAE), and its subsidiary, Conference Systems, Inc. (CSI) based in the Washington, DC Area, with 83 offices nationally. Dr. Cassell attended American University in Washington, DC and received his BA from the School of Communication in 1977. He recently successfully completed 4 years as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of his alma mater and has served on their Board of Trustees since 2003. Dr. Cassell has also served on the Board of the International Communications Industry Association (ICIA), and the Board of Trustees at Keystone College in LaPlume, PA for 15 years. In 2006 he received an Honorary Doctoral Degree of Humane Letters from Keystone College. Dr. Cassell is currently the CEO of Cassell Global Investments, LLC (“CGI”). CGI has majority ownership in Vortex Security and ASR Alert Systems in Jupiter, FL, CGI Brasil, SA in Rio de Janeiro, Brasil, and various finance and real estate holdings internationally.
