Shay Discepolo

Shay Discepolo is the VP, Administration, Marketing & Media at ASR Alert Systems. Shay has over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing, and has held various management positions during their career. Shay has a proven track record of success in building and leading teams, developing strategies, and executing plans that achieve results. Prior to their current role, Shay was the Owner/Broker of the Health Reform Team, an insurance consultation business for the self-employed and individual market. Shay has also worked as an Area Sales Manager for Owens Corning, and as a Marketing Manager/Sales Administration Manager for Hanson Aggregates of Arizona. Shay is a motivated leader with a passion for helping others and a commitment to excellence.

Shay Discepolo has a BS in Global Business and Marketing from Arizona State University. They also have an Associate's degree in General Studies from Phoenix College. Shay Discepolo is certified by FEMA in IS907 Active Shooter: What You Can Do and IS904 Active Shooter Prevention.
