Brian Gardner is an experienced construction professional with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Northern Arizona University. Currently serving as a Project Manager at ASR Companies, Inc. since December 2021, Brian previously held significant roles at Ryland Homes as a Construction Superintendent and Customer Service Director, where responsibilities included job site scheduling, cost management, quality supervision, and customer claim inspections. Brian's experience also includes serving as a Project Superintendent at ASR Companies from 2009 to 2011, overseeing substantial multi-family and single-family repair projects, and as a Construction Superintendent at Richmond Homes, where effective communication with sales teams ensured accurate fulfillment of customer contract requirements. Brian's leadership and team skills have been demonstrated through the conduction of safety training meetings and the supervision of large-scale construction operations.
