Victoria Smith is an experienced professional with a diverse background in engineering, project management, and leadership roles across several organizations. Currently serving as Managing Director at Asteri Arts Inc and Construction Engineer at ASR International since late 2022, Victoria has also been a Program Coordinator at Gulf Breeze since October 2020. Prior experience includes a Senior Project Manager role at Kraton Corporation, managing capital projects within the Chemicals Division, and a Project Manager position at Clariant, overseeing projects with significant budgets. At GE, Victoria contributed as an ERP+ Program Manager and Lead Advanced Manufacturing Engineer, while extensive experience at Rohm and Haas encompassed project management, recruitment, and ERP implementation. Victoria holds an MBA and MS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Louisville, demonstrating a strong educational foundation in the field.
