Nikhil Kale

Nikhil Joseph Kale is an experienced ecosystem architect, CEO, and co-founder of ASRAYA, where responsibilities include guiding the evolution of AsrayaOS into a post-web operating system for human development, achieving significant financial milestones and community engagement since 2022. As a Master Coach and Faculty Member at Elementum Coaching Institute, Nikhil underwent rigorous training in somatic and trauma-informed coaching methodologies. Previously, Nikhil founded Akasha Creative, a digital studio that evolved into a multi-disciplinary agency serving clients globally, and held leadership roles at HighVibe.Network and The Plexus, where innovative strategies were developed in digital ecosystems and lifestyle membership services, respectively. Nikhil's early career included a managerial position with Emirates, overseeing diverse teams in high-pressure environments. Nikhil holds a Bachelor of Business in Contemporary Marketing from Griffith University.
