Elliot Martir-Roman

Elliot Martir-Roman has extensive experience in IT support and software engineering. Currently, they work at ASRC Federal as a Senior Principal Software Engineer, providing crucial IT support for the Drug Enforcement Administration. Their responsibilities include data migration, bug fixing, and implementing new features using various technologies such as C#, SQL Server, and jQuery. Prior to their current role, Elliot worked at Apex Systems as a Lead Software Engineer/SCRUM Master, where they provided technical support for the Drug Enforcement Administration's Special Intelligence Office and led a team in a comprehensive application rewrite project. Elliot also has experience at Intrepid Solutions and Services, Inc., Fahrenheit IT, KSH Solutions, Inc., ISG Solutions, Convergenz LLC, Jacob Technologies, AboutWeb, and The Chief Information Group, Inc., where they held roles ranging from Senior Applications Developer to Senior Software Engineer. Throughout their career, Elliot has demonstrated expertise in utilizing technologies such as ASP/C# .NET, Visual Studio, and SQL Server to optimize existing web applications and develop new support applications.

Elliot Martir-Roman attended Universidad Metropolitana de Puerto Rico from 2007 to 2009, studying Information Systems. Prior to that, from 1995 to 2001, they studied Computer Science at Universidad de Puerto Rico. In terms of additional certifications, Elliot Martir-Roman obtained a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist: Microsoft .NET Framework 4 | Web Applications certification from Microsoft in 2013. Elliot also holds certifications in CompTIA Security+ and Microsoft Certified Professional, although the specific dates of acquisition are unknown.
