Eric Haught

Vice President – Chief Engineer And Chief Technologist Fellow at ASRC Federal

Eric Haught has a diverse and extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Eric started their career with Swales Aerospace in 1983, where they held the position of VP, Strategic Planning and Corporate Business Development. During their tenure, they were responsible for overseeing and implementing corporate strategic planning activities.

In 2006, Haught joined Alion Science and Technology as Vice President and Operations Manager for Applied Technology Operation. Eric successfully restructured the operation and initiated strategic business pursuits, resulting in a significant increase in revenue.

Haught then transitioned to ASRC / AMS in 2010 as Group Lead for the METS II Program. Eric'sresponsibilities included task planning, costing, and administration of awarded tasks.

In 2014, Haught joined ASRC / ASTS as Director of Technical Services. During their time in this role, they doubled the revenue of the organization and led the development of multiple major proposals.

In 2017, Haught became the President and GM of ASRC Federal System Solutions, LLC. Under their leadership, the LLC experienced significant growth, with annual revenue exceeding $200M.

Most recently, in 2022, Haught joined ASRC Federal as the Vice President - Chief Engineer and Chief Technologist Fellow. Eric was responsible for establishing and leading the ASRC Federal Technology Fellows program.

Overall, Haught has demonstrated strong leadership and business development capabilities throughout their career, driving growth and success in each organization they have worked with.

Eric Haught received their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University, where they studied from 1975 to 1979. Eric then pursued further education and earned a Master of Science degree in Technology Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, completing their studies in 1998.
