Kent Colwell

Kent Colwell serves as Vice President and General Manager of the Civilian Division at ASRC Federal since January 2021, focusing on strategy, growth, and the delivery of solutions for federal civilian agency customers. Previously, Colwell held various leadership roles within ASRC Federal, including Vice President of Citizen Services and General Manager at ASRC Federal Highland Technology. A seasoned professional with extensive experience in federal IT services, Colwell has successfully managed contracts related to infrastructure transformation, programmatic support, and enterprise architecture for multiple federal agencies. Prior to ASRC Federal, Colwell established Colwell Associates, LLC, and held management positions at Financial Dynamics, The Ritz-Carlton, and Computer Methods Corporation. Colwell earned a BS in Computer Science from Eastern Michigan University.
