Marluis Anderson Stokes

Marluis Anderson Stokes currently serves as a Principal Training Development Specialist at ASRC Federal, starting in March 2024. Prior experience includes roles such as Command Master Chief at the Operational Test and Evaluation Force, where responsibilities encompassed advising the Commander on professional development and welfare for 500 personnel, and Command Master Chief for Carrier Strike Group TWELVE, managing leadership and training across multiple units. Additional positions held include Command Master Chief roles at US Fleet Forces Command and Strike Fighter Squadron ONE FOUR THREE, as well as various technical and leadership positions in the US Navy. Marluis holds a Master’s degree in Human Services Counseling in Crisis Response and Trauma from Liberty University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Saint Leo University.
