Rich Smith

Rich Smith is an experienced program manager and intelligence subject matter expert with a robust background in military intelligence operations. Currently serving as a Program Manager and Intelligence SME at ASRC Federal since August 2022, Rich provides technical support for the military intelligence modernization efforts. Previously, as Program Manager at the US Army Intelligence Center of Excellence, Rich led the Military Intelligence Warrant Officer Training Branch, overseeing a team and managing training for approximately 550 students annually. Rich's extensive career includes key roles as a senior intelligence analyst and project manager across various divisions and special operations commands, demonstrating a strong capability in leading intelligence operations, mentoring personnel, and enhancing strategic planning. Rich holds a Bachelor of Science in Strategic Studies & Defense Analysis from Norwich University and an Associate of Applied Science in Intelligence Operations Studies from Cochise College.
