Richard "Chip" Terry has a strong work experience in the healthcare and defense sectors. Richard "Chip" started their career in the United States Air Force in 1987, where they held various roles until 2003. Following that, they worked at the United States Air Force Academy as the Chief Operating Officer and Hospital Administrator. In 2005, Terry returned to the United States Air Force and held several leadership positions, including Commander of the Training Support Squadron and Director of Requirements. Richard "Chip" then transitioned to roles at the Defense Health Agency, where they were Chief Information Officer and Deputy Chief Information Officer of the Military Health System. Most recently, Terry has been working at ASRC Federal as the Vice President of Federal Health and Client Relations Executive for Federal Health and Defense Programs.
Richard "Chip" Terry has a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration from the Medical College of Virginia. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from The Citadel. Richard "Chip" has obtained certifications in ITIL™ 4 Foundation from AXELOS Global Best Practice and Project Management Professional (PMP)® from the Project Management Institute in February 2021.
