Ryan Spaulding

Ryan Spaulding is an accomplished software engineer and manager with extensive experience in leading development teams and managing large-scale projects at NASA's Advanced Supercomputing Division. Currently serving as the Lead Software Engineer and Manager of Tools and Big Data at ASRC Federal since August 2018, Ryan oversees thirteen developers across multiple teams, ensuring alignment with NASA's mission. Previous roles include Senior Software Engineer and Technical Lead at the NASA Advanced Supercomputing Division, and Research/Development Scientist/Engineer at Adnet Systems Inc., where Ryan collaborated with NASA customers to deliver high-visibility web applications and backend solutions. With a career that began as an intern at NASA Ames Research Center, Ryan has consistently contributed to key projects and initiatives, demonstrating a strong technical background in various programming languages and systems. Ryan holds an AS in Internet Technology from Foothill College and a certificate in Unix System Management and Administration from the University of California Extension in Santa Cruz.
