Sean Messner

Sean Messner has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Starting in 1999, they worked at the Baltimore Police Department as an IT Leader and Police Detective until 2010. In 2011, they joined SourceAmerica as a Program Manager for a year. From 2014 to 2017, Sean worked as a Senior IT Program Manager at USDA as a contractor. In 2017, they transitioned to ASRC Federal as an IT Program Director and later took on the role of Senior Director of Digital Operations & IT Solutions. Currently, Sean serves as the Vice President of Digital Operations and IT Modernization at ASRC Federal, a position they have held since October 2021.

Sean Messner obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of Baltimore in 2009. Sean also received a certification as a Certified SAFe® 6 Practice Consultant from Scaled Agile, Inc. in November 2023.
