Shannon Gilbert

Shannon Gilbert is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and market development. Currently serving as a Project Manager at ASRC Federal since July 2021, Shannon oversees operations at the Blossom Point Tracking Facility. Prior experience includes a long tenure at March of Dimes from January 1996 to June 2021, where roles included Associate Vice President for Market Revenue Development and Resources, Regional Vice President for Market Services and Development in the Northeast, and Regional Vice President for Market Development in the East. Additional positions held were Area Director, supporting multiple chapters, and Chapter Director, leading non-profit initiatives. Shannon holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Virginia Tech, earned between 1989 and 1993.
