Stephen Kagey

Stephen Kagey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and program management, particularly within the security sector. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at ASRC Federal since November 2019, Stephen leads multiple contracts that focus on various aspects of security support for the Joint Staff. Prior to this role, Stephen was the Director of Business Development and Project Manager at Rolston Information Systems Assurance, where responsibilities included overseeing a 14-person team and pursuing growth opportunities. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Senior Security Specialist at CSCI and an Office Manager/Security Manager at the Naval Support Unit State Department, contributing significantly to security readiness and project execution. Stephen holds a Master’s degree in Project Management/Information Management from Grantham University and a Bachelor’s degree in General Studies from Excelsior University.
