Jeroen Winkelman

Jeroen Winkelman has extensive experience in the real estate industry. Jeroen is currently working as the Head of Real Assets Investments at a.s.r. real estate since May 2022. Prior to this, they held various roles at Sweco, including Co-Head of SWECO Capital Consultants and Head of Real Assets Investments from March 2021 to October 2022, and as the Head of International Real Estate from May 2018 to March 2021. Jeroen also served as the Managing Director of Nuveen/ TIAA TH Real Estate EMEA at TIAA Henderson Real Estate from August 2015 to July 2018. Before that, they worked as the Regional manager International Investments Europe at Bouwinvest Real Estate Investment Management from February 2004 to August 2015. Jeroen started their career as an Independent international Real Estate consultant at JWI Consulting from January 2002 to December 2003. Jeroen has also worked in various positions at EPG European Property Group, Trammell Crow Company, Jacobus Recourt Amsterdam, and Jacques Recourt SARL/SCI St Loup Hospitality, gaining valuable expertise in fund management, consulting, acquisition, and international operations.

Jeroen Winkelman's education history is as follows:

From 1977 to 1978, they studied French language studies at Universite Catholique de l'Ouest.

In 1978 to 1979, they attended the London School of Foreign Trade where they focused on International Business Studies.

Jeroen then enrolled in Hotelschool The Hague - International University of Hospitality Management from 1979 to 1982, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Hotel Management degree.

In 1985 to 1987, they pursued a degree in Business Economics at HEAO BE.

Jeroen later attended the Amsterdam School of Real Estate from 1989 to 1992, although no degree or field of study information is provided.
