Mariska Rimmelzwaan

Mariska Rimmelzwaan is an experienced real estate professional with a focus on asset management and leasing. Currently serving as Leasing Manager and Acquisition and Asset Manager for ASR Dutch Science Park Fund at a.s.r. real estate since April 2019, Mariska previously held roles at IEF Capital as Senior Acquisition and Lease Manager and Acquisition Manager from May 2015 to March 2019, and at Bouwfonds Investment Management as Asset Manager IBCAM between August 2012 and April 2015. Mariska's career also includes a position as Asset Manager at Wereldhave from July 2009 to July 2012. Mariska's educational background includes an Executive Education program in Asset Management from Amsterdam School of Real Estate in 2015 and a Bachelor's degree in Management, Economy, and Law from De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences completed in 2009.
