Sebastiaan Kho

Sebastiaan Kho is an experienced portfolio manager in real estate, currently serving as a senior portfolio manager at a.s.r. real estate since May 2022, with a focus on US indirect investments in non-listed funds. Prior to this, Sebastiaan worked as a Real Estate Consultant at Sweco from June 2017 to May 2022, specializing in public and private indirect real estate investments across the US and Europe. From October 2015 to June 2017, Sebastiaan was a Real Estate Consultant and Valuer at Cushman & Wakefield, handling valuations for a variety of commercial and residential properties. Earlier experience includes a role in due diligence at Propertize from April 2014 to September 2015. Sebastiaan holds a Master of Science in Urban & Regional Planning from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor of Science in Urban Planning from the same institution, along with studies at Delft University of Technology.
