Massimo Grassi

Massimo Grassi is currently the EVP & Head of Entrance Systems at ASSA ABLOY. Prior to this, they served as Managing Director at IMI Precision Engineering from June 2015 to September 2020. Massimo has also held various positions at Stanley Black & Decker , Inc., Pentair, BWT AG, and BWT Belgium NV SA. Most recently, they served as External Advisor to Bain & Company from January 2021 to September 2021.

Massimo Grassi was a non-executive director for the Institute of Directors in London. Massimo then became a doctor in mechanical engineering and fluid dynamics from Università degli Studi di Firenze. Lastly, they attended V° Liceo Scientifico Statale Firenze in Italy.
