Christiaan Hen

Christiaan Hen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the aviation industry and innovation management. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Customer Officer at Assaia – The ApronAI since December 2018, Christiaan also contributes as a Guest Lecturer at Technische Universiteit Delft, educating students on design methodologies and problem-solving within the aviation context. Previously, Christiaan held various leadership roles at Royal Schiphol Group, including Head of Innovation and Operations Manager, and has been involved with the Mainport Innovation Fund and Startupbootcamp as a committee member and mentor, respectively. Christiaan holds a Master's degree in International Economics and Business from the University of Groningen and has a solid foundation in economics from earlier educational institutions, including Corvinus University of Budapest.
