Adam Robinson

Adam Robinson is a highly experienced geologist with a specialized focus on reservoir modeling and development geology in the oil and gas sector. Currently serving as Principal Geomodeller at Assala Energy since May 2018, Adam is involved in brownfield redevelopments and geological modeling of onshore Gabon pre-salt fields, emphasizing knowledge transfer and skills development for subsurface project teams. Adam's extensive background includes roles such as Senior Geologist at Addax Petroleum, where responsibilities included evaluation for mergers and acquisitions, and development projects across Nigeria and Gabon. Adam has also held senior positions at PanOcean Energy, BP, and RPS Energy, contributing expertise in geological modeling, mapping, and training in various capacities. An alumnus of Imperial College London with an MSc in Applied Structural Geology and Rock Mechanics, Adam is recognized for integrating technical skill with commercial awareness to drive successful business development in the energy sector.
