Clayth Bourdette - Xavier

Clayth BOURDETTE - XAVIER is a Senior Process Engineer at Assala Energy, with extensive experience in risk assessments, engineering support, and project management within the energy sector. Since joining Assala Energy in October 2017, Clayth has led various initiatives, including the management of the Management of Change process and the Toucan Asset Debottlenecking Studies with a CAPEX of approximately $50-60 million. Prior to this role, Clayth contributed as a Process Engineer at Shell and participated in a workshop with Total focused on innovation in the energy industry. Additionally, Clayth served as Secretary for the IChemE London Young Members Forum, promoting chemical engineering initiatives. Clayth holds a Bachelor’s and National Diploma in Chemical Engineering from the Vaal University of Technology.
