Joel Adjila

Joel ADJILA is a Production Engineer in the Oil & Gas sector, currently with Assala Energy since November 2017, where responsibilities include coordinating field wells and maximizing production, availability, and uptime of oil and water/gas injection wells, along with maintaining the technical integrity of assets while considering environmental impacts. Previously, Joel served as a Well Performance Engineer for the RABI Kounga Field and as a Wells Analyst for the TOUCAN field. Prior experience includes a role as a Wells Analyst at Shell, where participation in the Shell graduate program provided foundational industry knowledge. Joel holds a Master's degree in Earth Sciences with a specialization in Geology from Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III.
