Andrea Low has extensive experience in education and social services, currently serving as an Intensive Case Manager at Peninsula Behavioral Health since May 2024 and as an Area Representative at ASSE International, Inc. since September 2019. Previously, Andrea worked as a Social Service Specialist for the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services from May 2023 to March 2024 and was a Teacher at Olympic Nature Experience from May 2021 to May 2023. In an early career role, Andrea taught 4th grade at Colegio Decroly Americano in 2012 and served as an Environmental Field Instructor with the Orange County Department of Education from September 2009 to June 2010. Additionally, Andrea was a Middle School English Teacher at Yeochun Middle School in South Korea from March 2007 to March 2009. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Foreign Languages from Bay Path University and completed a 120-hour practicum in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language at Towson University.

Asse provides student exchange programs and cultural exchanges. Their secondary students and host families annually in its curricula in participating countries. They provides live-in child care support to foster families in return for the opportunity to live a family life.
